We picked this vehicle up and delivered on time so I am a little confused as to why we only recieved 1 star for hold times and promptness. Also, all customers are informed upon booking that the balance due to the driver is to be in the form of cash, cashiers check, certified check, or money order. This is also stated in the authorization forms that the customer signs and returns and is stated AGAIN in the confirmation email we send to each customer upon dispatching their vehicle. A 4 star review would be considered good for most companies but we strive for perfection here at Suncoast.
