We spoke to this customer on 4 different occasions regarding the status of his vehicle. This customer violated his contract with us by booking with another broker. This makes it nearly impossible for us to do our job because once a vehicle is posted on the national board with more than one company, drivers do not want to risk the chance of driving out to pick a vehicle up that may be already picked up by another company. AS SOON AS WE RECEIVED WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE CANCELLATION WE CANCELED THE ORDER AND TOOK HIS POSTING DOWN. The only reason he was posted twice on the board is because he violated our contract by booking with more than one company and thus prevented us from doing our job. He did not bother to cancel with us until after booking with another company. This is the only reason the deposit was charged and our contract clearly explains this. Once a customer cancels, the posting is taken down immediately. If this customer would have listened to anything we said to him, we would have had no problem getting his vehicle transported. This person also put that he has been compensated for posting this review which tells me that the other company he booked with must have compensated him for writing negative things about us- clearly poor business practice.
