Neal Perkins of Suncoast was amazing. He explained the process to me, which was quite foreign to someone who has never moved a car across the country before, and assisted me every step of the way. All of the good scores go to him and his candid answers about the process. He got me a good rate and helped to get my move date set even though it was further in the distance than most auto movers commit to.

The scores that are not so good are for Skyline Express. My car did arrive undamaged, albeit very dirty from a trek across the country. The issues I had with them I will relate in a review on their site. All in all though it was a good experience, and I attribute that to Neal and Suncoast Auto Transport.

My only advice to anyone else using Suncoast is to make sure you get reviews on the company that will actually be doing the transport. Suncoast is a middle man, and a great one at that, but I wish that I had known sooner that Skyline is a little bit...interesting to deal with. Not bad! But I would recommend that to anyone else shipping their car. Try to ask what companies they are thinking of talking to regarding the transport and maybe check reviews on them so you know what to expect or be able to say, "Please do not use such-and-such a company".

Again, Suncoast made a stressful situation a lot easier for me. Neal really went out of his way to be available, handle my crisis moments, and ensure that what I needed to happen would happen. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
