I was assigned sun rise auto transport through the broker Direct Auto Express Transport. The quote was the lowest quote so I went through direct auto express transport. I believe Sun Rise Auto Transport is the only auto transport that comes through WI so regardless I would end up w/ them. Pick-up by Greg went smooth and occured 3 days after first avail date which was a Mon. Per Greg it was to be delivered late Fri or early Sat in Sacramento. It arrived the evening of that Sat so it was not THAT late. Only issue I had was I called Greg early Sat afternoon to get an update on my car n ended leaving him a msg. He nvr returned my call so late Sat afternoon I ended up using a relatives cell w/ a Cali # to call Greg n surprise surprise he picked up. He made few calls n my car arrived at 6 pm Sat. No items were stolen cuz I knew better not 2 leave nothing valuable in my car. A little dirty n a few minor scratches frm a loong trip. Al in all thank god my xperience was not as bad as I thought it would be.
