I hired National Auto transport to haul my 2007 Jeep Commander from California to Michigan. The whole mess started off. They were a day late to pick the car up. The day they were supposed to pick up the car I called the office 15 to 20 times that day and the dispatcher told me" Oh ya I just talked to him he's on his way" Numerous times I got the same kind of run around. Finally the day I was flying back to Michigan 2hrs before my flight left I called Greg and he said " Im still in Illinois " I told him he needed to get someone here asap. He sent a local company to pick the car up and who knows how long it sat in the storage yard.
After about 15 days my truck was still not at my house,so I started to call Greg on a daily basis. He gave me numerous promices " Oh it will be there on wensday " Oh It will be there saturday" Oh It will be there next week" " We ran into a little problem the drivers mom died" Just a series of bullshit one after another.
Then 28 days after they picked up my Jeep finally they dropped the truck off at my house at 1am in the morning. I gave the driver a check because I was so happy to have my Jeep back. I proceded to go through the truck and I was missing my Garmin GPS, Bluetooth speaker system, Oakley Gas Can sunglasses and my 12 gauge hunting shot gun with a Simons scope and a hard case.
Long and the short of it Stay the hell away from these two turd companys!!!!!
