I was looking for a transporter to transport my car from MD to FL. Sun auto transport was the first one to respond. His quote was equal to others but since he responded first, I choose to go with him. Albert Newman from Sun Auto transport was the guy who was handling this. I believe he is the manager and the only person who works there. He said he can pick up the car in less than a week, took $100 as the deposit. No one turned up and I kept calling him over and over. Finally, I had to rent out a car for 3 weeks because of this mess, which costed me close to what I could have paid another vendor. Finally, after sending 4-5 emails, I called him from a different number and he picked up the call and gave all sorts of excuses. I asked him to return the refund of $100 and he said OK. I waited for a week but I didn't see the refund. So I contacted the bank and they tried to subrogate. Now, he is claiming that he never denied the service. I have forwarded all the email communication to the bank and they are working on it. I want to write this up so that someone who looks into this review would know what they are dealing with.
