Day before pick up no one called with pick up time. I called Alert he said between 12-5 at five I called Albert he said truck broke. I told him I was leaving town he said he would call back,waited a hour started calling Albert never picked up. I called another transport and made a deal,I called Albert next 3 days never picked up or returned calls. Week later I called didn't pick up,waited 5 mins called from a different number picked right up.that's 10 days no call from Albert Asked about my deal he said he had a car accident and just got out of hospital. Found out from other transport he never had a driver at the quoted price. He's full of shit and not a honest business man.

this is albert , and about your disagree with our service i have to tell you we did our job, we dispach your vehicle is no our fault the truck broke dowm , we have no control over that. we wish everything will be perfect but things happen, i explain everything to you but you dint want to wait for another aviable truck and for you respect this was not nesesary we not doing anything wrong. thank you we do apologize any mistake we made.
