This is the second time that I've used Albert at Sun Auto Transport. As always, he's courteous and polite to converse with. My son is moving from Los Angeles, California to Chicago, Illinois and he needed his car transported so I called Albert on 1/20/14 and he gave me a confirmation # on 1/31/14 which is acceptable and scheduled to pick up the car in Los Angeles on 2/7/14. I got a call from the driver of the transport on 2/11 that the car will be delivered between 4pm to 6pm so I got home at 5pm and after about 20 mins the transport had arrived and unload my son's car. The driver was very courteous as well. I guess if you treat people right and not too demanding I guess you'll have a pleasant experience in this kind of business. Don't forget that weather, road conditions are part of the business that you have to deal with so there could be some delays that a customer needs to understand. So far, Albert is a professional person and I would recommend Sun Auto Transport to anyone. Thanks Albert again for all your help...
