Joe: The dispatcher did call you and he did ask you if you where willing to pay an extra 150 dollars due to the fact that a driver was in the area and could pick you up expidated. He just wanted to run this by you before dispatching the vehicle, if you didn´t agree you could have said no and he would have kept looking for another driver that would have done it for that price, but you just cancelled the order.
