BEWARE - they provide low ball estimates to lure you in and you pay their broker fees upfront. The vehicle was picked up 6 days late with poor communication along the way. Neither the broker nor the hauler called on the day when the car was picked up at a repair shop, and a vehicle condition report was never conducted. The broker ended up making a deal behind the scenes with the hauler for 50% higher cost than originally quoted and did not provide any notification of the additional costs. The first I knew of any additional costs was when the hauler arrived at the destination with my vehicle and called from his cell phone letting me know the new price. I was told I had 2 hours to come up with the additional funds otherwise the vehicle would be placed in storage. Imagine that - my own vehicle held for ransom! The old bait and switch!
