I am completely satisfied with my Streamline car transport experience. Furthermore, the car being transported is an antique of great sentimental value to me and it arrived safely exactly when Streamline and the transport driver said it would.

As an aside, I've now had two good experiences now with car transporters (one with a previous company rendered temporarily out of business due to the hurricane and the most recent with Streamline) and it can be a tricky and stressful undertaking. I firmly believe Joanne and her staff at Streamline will take care of you and fulfill your expectations for finding a reliable transporter, within a given timeframe, for a very reasonable price.

Let's face it, with an auto transporter, they're either a "5" or they botched the job. If I need such a service in the future, Streamline will get my call.

* Communication: Very good... the entire deal took three calls start to finish.

* Cost: Excellent. Money matters. They got the job done much cheaper than others said they could.

* Delivery Time: I placed my deposit on a Friday, a transporter was found, and the car was enroute within six business days and arrived roughly on the 9th business day. And more importantly, it arrived when they said it would. They also accommodated a timeframe pick-up window request.

* Overall: I'd use them again in a heartbeat. That says it all(!).
