I had to have my car transported from OH to CA and was very nervous choosing an auto transporter after reading the negative feedback from several other companies on this website. I was also skeptical that Streamline was adding the positive feedback themselves. I am happy to say, however, that Streamline did an excellent job of finding a company for me in a very timely manner. The company picked my car up on a Saturday evening, and I received it that following Thursday evening.
The auto shippers themselves were not professional at all, but nevertheless, I received my car fairly quickly. It was dirty (as expected), but with no damages. If anything, I've learned now not to expect too much from those trucking companies. I was given less than 3 hours advanced notice that they would be stopping by to pick up my car (I was expecting at least a day), and the driver was very snippy when I asked about the status of the shipping the following week. I was also told that it was going to be door to door, but the trucking company refused to drive anywhere where there was construction or a hill.
Streamline was not the cheapest shipper I found ($925 + $5 credit car processing fee). Autolog and AAAdvantage were two off hand that I remember being cheaper, but Streamline was the company I felt safest using, after reading the reviews and talking on the phone with those from Streamline.
I would use Streamline again.
