After going with another "5 star" broker with more feedback I later switched to Joann at Streamline. With the original provider I waited over a month with no results. They would not return my phone calls and always kept giving me an excuse that "everything is backed up coming out of Calfornia." This was total bologna!
After cancelling with the original transporter I called Joann, explained the problems I had, and she IMMEDIATELY began making phone calls to see how she could help. What's more is she kept in CONSTANT contact with me. She called me more in one day then the "other" company did in a month!
Within 3 days my Bronco was on the way!. Tom, who did the transport, was a STRAIGHT UP, honest, clean-cut, and had very nice equipment. Tom also raved that Joann was among the "best of the best" as far as transporters are concerned and is very honest.
One thing I learned is you CANNOT always go with the low price. Plain and simple, the drivers need enough money to make it profitable to transport a vehicle. If you insist on the lowest price you may very well have to wait to get the vehicle picked up if it does at all. Also, Joann has certain criteria that must be met by each driver. If they don't meet her standards they don't transport for her from what I understand.
Why not just go with Joann and KNOW that you are getting the best service possible at the start? If you want peace of mind go with Joann, you won't regret it.
