I felt we were dealt with fairly from start to finish. I was told that the car would be picked up at 5:00 pm and I would get a call from the driver letting me know when he entered my town. He called at 4:45 and told me that he would be arriving right at 5:00 and he did. He was professional and his rig was spotless. This was my first time shipping a car and price mattered to me so I shopped around and settled on Susie at Statewide. She is hard to reach by phone but responded quickly to e-mail. The quote you get from the driver may be different if they know you are anxious. This happened to me before I settled on Statewide. A driver called and said he was in my area and would pick the car up today but he needed 200.00 more than I was quoted. That's when I called Statewide. A deal is a deal and Susie kept her word. I am getting ready to ship another car and I called Susie to avoid any hassle. Because she treated us fairly she has earned our business.
