Susie was amazing. This was my first time shipping a car and I was very nervous. I had exact dates that the car could be delivered to Miami and they delivered my car on the exact date that I requested. The driver was extremely professional and kept in contact with me while driving to Florida.
I booked an express service with the Stateway Auto for the extra $150 and within an hour of booking, my car was picked up in Chicago. The car was also delivered on the exact date that I requested. Things couldn't have been smoother.
My car was dirty upon delivery in Miami, but that is expected after traveling thousands of miles in an open truck. The dirtiness of the car was instantly fixed with a car wash.
