Their rep claimed that they are better than the rest beause they are both a broker and carrier.
She claimed a certain time period of business days. Why should it matter if there was a holiday weekend and they choose not to even include the Friday before as a working day.
I am still waiting.
I have tried to reach anyone there on numerous occasions. She called me back only once and stated when there is a driver, they will contact me.
I have paid the $165 deposit, nobody responds to my emails or phone calls.
If they choose to operate as promised, I can change my review, otherwise I am afraid of all of this time lost, and to get stuck with another company in the same way.
Frustrated.
