Terrible experience

Waited over 35 days to have car picked up with only promises and even an e-mail telling me when the car would be picked up and delivered. Those days came and went without even a return call. I found that they had posted my delivery at some sort of trucker clearing board but the only trucker that would respond broke down before picking up the car. I have left 7 e-mail and phone messages in the last few days to cancel the order with no response. These people are brokers, operate from a small apartment office, take any order, sell what they can and ignore the rest. Absolutely zero communication skills, the 24/7 tracking is a joke, and they only return calls when convenient if ever. This experience has cost me storage, time lost and over a month use of my car.
