I live in Illinois but work in California so this was my seventh time shipping a car state to state. Let me begin by telling you that after scrupulous research I came across Stateway Auto Transport Inc. and was very pleased by the fact that they own their own trucks and are not just brokers. This was great news for me as I was incredibly fed up with all of the nonsense that I had dealt with previously with broker companies. I was relived to find out that Stateway does not charge a dime until the vehicle is actually loaded on the truck! The driver showed up on time in his shiny and clean red Stateway truck and really took his time on the inspection of my vehicle. I felt safe handing him my keys. Once the truck hit the road, I would casually use their online vehicle tracking to get the location of the driver (this is also something that I have never come across before even though I used many other companies). The delivery was on time and the driver even waited for almost an hour while I was stuck in traffic. Overall, this is a great and caring company that doesn’t just want your money but makes it their main objective to accommodate their customers from start to finish. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Stateway!
