Stateway was great- -Good Communication

I was happy very happy with Stateway Auto Transport. - - This was the first car I have ever had shipped and was unfamiliar with the bidding process that takes place in this business. The first company that I had received a price from may have been o.k. but I just pictured a broker advertising on line sending my car to who knows where and never seeing it again. So part of the reason I chose STATEWAY was because I was under the impression that they had their own trucks, (which maybe they do) but the car was dispatched through an owner operated trucking company. I now realize that this is the common process and my car was delivered safely in good condition and on time. The only glitch was that the day they picked up the car, Stateway or the driver called me to deliver the car about 5 miles up the road (because he didn't want to take his long truck down unfamiliar or narrow roads). I feel this should have been discussed ahead of time by Stateway but after seeing the truck i can see it would have been nearly impossible to get here with the truck.




Anyway, i would give STATEWAY a 4 plus! I will definitely use them again and also recommend them to people i know.
