From the beginning Stateway was very professional, they went over all the information in the quote with me, reassured me every step of the way. They explained fully the process to get the carrier, and explained that I could if I chose increase the dollar amount of my quote to put me higher on the pick-up list. I chose to add only $100.00 and was moved from the standard pick up, within a day a carrier had accepted ( Now I don't know if stateway interviews the carriers but the carrier was very professional).

My 1967 Buick was loaded into an enclosed carrier (I had accepted the open- so immediately that was an upgrade).

This is only the second time I have used a shipping service for one of my vehicles, and should I (or a friend or family member) ever find myself in need of a shipping service again; I'll call Stateway
