This process was so easy to do. I had never shipped a vehicle before, so began by searching online for auto shippers. I decided to go with Stateway Auto Transport because I liked their website the best and felt comfortable with what I read. I first tried to call the number to set something up, but the number had said they were really busy and to leave a message and someone would call back by the end of the day. Well, I didnot want to wait till the end of the day for someone to call and decided to place my order online. It was really simple to do and I never actually talked with anyone. I was not in a hurry for the vehicle, but did want to get my order in as soon as possible with the fear this could take some time. I placed my order on a Friday, and a week later I am driving the vehicle! I could not be happier! I never called to find out what was going on, because I figured they are busy and what was the point, I had placed my order and I wanted to just give it some time and it worked out perfect! Bill made it happen for me, and I highly recommend Stateway Auto Transport. Hope to use them again in the future!
