The driver, whose name I think was Orlando, was pleasant and efficient as we did the paperwork and he put the car on the truck. If the car were able to be delivered by a certain date, a couple days earlier than promised, it was going to be helpful on the receiving end. I texted the driver a few times while he was en route to get updates on expected delivery day, and he was excellent at texting back in a reasonable time frame. Being able to text this way made the process so much easier. I was able to make sure someone was available at the hour of delivery, and the driver was able to deliver by the date we hoped for. I had paid in advance, and after a little bit of paperwork, the car was released on the receiving end. The whole process went well.
