Stateway Auto Transport worked very well for us. We ordered our transport on line. The email reply came the next day. The mini van was going from my sister-in-law's home in Florida to our home in NC. My sister-in-law was contacted on the date we specified. Stateway had contracted with a NC carrier. That person was curtious and helpful. My sister in law met him on the main road in front of her development. He checked over the car. Noted scratches that were there already. Wrote that on the form. My sister in law signed it in agreement and the car was on it's way. The carrier driver called me the next day with an estimated time of arrived. Then he followed up with a phone call when he was within 15 minutes of our home. We met him at the main entrance to our neighborhood. He had parted the carrier in a very reasonable place that didn't block any entrances and allowed cars to pass. He was efficient and careful unloading the mini van. We found him to be very friendly and professional. We greatly appreciated him. Our mini van arrived without any new scratches. It was dirty, understandably given the drive from Florida and road construction. The carrier driver actually apologized for that, saying that he got caught in a storm. Ghee, I thought. What car doesn't get dirty driving such a long distance. No big deal to us. Overall, our experience was awesome. We were purchasing this mini van from my sister in law and had no way to get down to Florida. This process was easy, inexpensive, and worked great! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle. Just so you know. We are entered into a raffle because we completed this review. But our opinion would have been the same whether there was an incentive or not.
