Stateway is the right company if you have time but want to save $.

I'd read on other reviews that Stateway customer service never answers the phone which is accurate but they did reply to my inquiries within one business day. We had a lot of trouble finding a driver, probably because the offer was low. After one driver cancelled on us we needed to up the offer to meet our time frame. During the difficult part, Susie answered my messages right away, and Stateway eventually refunded our deposit as an act of good faith. They did everything they could to get our car moved.
