They were true to their word. They quoted me a price and stuck with it even though my car had engine trouble and had to delay their pickup by a week when it was less than a day before the scheduled pickup time. I had read reviews of numerous companies and had become wary of trucking companies. I didn't want to trust the car to just anybody. I decided that some of the highest quotes might be good companies but they were a lot more than I wished to spend. A couple of places were cheaper, but Stateway's price was at the lower end of the bulk of the carriers yet they were one of only 3 that I felt comfortable going with after speaking with representatives from various companies on the phone. They did a great job and were patient with me with all of my questions.
