Stateway Auto Transport takes every customer's complaint very seriously. With that said, we cannot locate the email address from which this review was left in our database nor can we successfully contact this person after multiple attempts. We have been calling and emailing this poster for two days with no response. We suspect that this can be another company posing as a customer to destabilize our reputation. This has certainly happened to us before. Ryan, if you are indeed a customer or ex-customer of Stateway, please respond to your emails and voice mails so that we can assist you. We always do our best to assist every customer, especially if there are issues. We are indeed a fully functioning carrier (as noted on this site) with a $1,000,000.00 cargo coverage insurance policy which only carriers can have. Thank you for taking the time to visit our profile.
