I was very hesitant about transporting my brand new car especially cross country. Rachel was very friendly and informative she really calmed my nerves down. She explained to me in detail what the cost is and why it is at that price, how the whole shipping process works and helped me decide between and open carrier and enclosed carrier. I was originally told one to seven business days from my first ready date and I was thinking I should make it earlier but glad I did not, because exactly 2 days after I placed my order with Stateway I received an email that my car was ready to pick up. 48 hours later...super fast!!! The driver Tom was very friendly and kind, he was willing to re-arrange pick up to accommodate my needs. Customer Service (Danielle) was also a pleasure to deal with. My car got picked up right away, delivered very fast and NO damages!!! I would really recommend Stateway in the future, I have found my go to shipping company next time my company transfers me again! Well worth the money!!! If I could give you guys 10 Stars I would go above that!!!
