Though they purvey themselves as an operator, my transport driver was a contractor. Great guy, that I would highly recommend, though. Todd with Mike Allison Trucking (704-902-1558). This was an easy transport that lots of companies were quoting. Stateway wasn't the cheapest, but was one of the least expensive of the well-respected, well-rated companies. The primary contact was professional and competent. I had a bit of an issue with dispatch when checking in with my order the next day, both with promptness and with attitude, but their efficiency at what they needed to do was without question.

This shipment was over Christmas, which added 2 days to the transit time.

I do not think that you can go wrong with using these guys.
