I had delivery problems due to what appears to have been a rogue employee that made promises that could not be kept. However after management was made aware they did bend over backward to have my cars delivered and followed up to make sure it went smoothly- Overall once they were made aware of the problems they fixed them and were honest in their dealings. I would use them again, my incident was an unusual episode created by a bad employee who was fired.
