This was my second involvement with shipping a private vehicle. The first experience was a nightmare, with another transport company. The experience with Stateway has been first rate from start to completion. The quote was fair and had no hidden expenses. My only contact with the company was with dispatcher susie, unknow last name. She was courteous and very helpfull in answering our questions. She made promises regarding the shipping dates, and they were fulfilled in a timely manner. The driver arrived before the scheduled time, and he to was courteous and professional in all aspects. Tthe vehicle arrived ahead of schedule, with no damage to our vehicle. The entire experience was quick and easy. A real pleasure dealing with the company. I would reccommend them for any transportation needs.
