This was my first time transporting a car I called every transport I could find online, many put each other down indicating only they were the best, after I spoke with them they promised to follow up and they wouldn't when I finally got around to calling several other transport agencies my call went to a voicemail and my call was not promptly returned. In the mean time I'd already spoken with someone at Safeway they were very polite and patient (thanks). They asked me to be careful many transport agencies have hidden fees which if not specifically asked they don't reveal until it's too late, your car may be bumped if you chose to pay the lower price, the vehicle may not arrive till 2-3 wks after being picked up, car may be quoted differently if its lifted etc.... wow I never imagined there were so many fine print, but thank you Safeway for making me aware and for making this first experience go smoothly. My brother in law received for his H.S graduation a 1996 Jeep Cherokee and is very happy it arrived on time and undamaged, I am planning a future move and I will definately use Safeway again. Oh, and the truck transporting your car is huge keep in mind it will not fit in a residential street they're too narrow so don't blame the driver when you're told it will be picked up at your door and it's not, however they will work with you so please work with them they're already working very hard to get your car and themselves safely to your destination. Thanks Safeway!!!
