Hey Natasha,
Apart from issues with getting it picked up the first time a driver came (small cosmetic defects that could be construed to someone unaware of customized cars as a hazard were the reasons he didn't feel safe taking the car, completely understandable-furthermore gives me greater trust in the company's drivers looking out for his shipments) the service was great. There was an issue of the invoice being changed to say the deposit was $100 less and therefore making the drop off cash amount $100 more. The drive left the vehicle at the house it was dropped over night waiting for the person who was getting it until I returned from Iraq to give the ok to give the extra money, and was very polite, professional, and respectable. The next morning he said he had to go so she went ahead and paid the extra. I emailed Eric, the sales rep I went through, and he got the difference back to me in less than 48hours. AMAZING company. 5; COMPLETELY satisfied. I'll def. be passing your company to anyone else who needs to move a ride that can't, and if I ever need the service again, I won't hesitate.
