The driver had the pickup time and delivery time down to the exact minute. I was able to plan around the delivery time to the very last minute. Digna in dispatch was able to accommodate me on every level, except when I asked if they would be able to pick up a 2nd vehicle for me she said they weren't able and told me to get another company for that one
