Amanda is very knowledgeable, due to her many years in the transporting business and knows the ins-and-outs of all details that are encountered. Above all, she provided me with a very thorough land high level of customer service and followed up impeccably. The vehicle pick-up was well coordinated with the car dealer I purchased from in VA, and time in transit before delivery to my home in the SF Bay Area was faster than quoted and only took 4 1/2 days counting the weekend. There was No damage whatsoever to the car. If I ever transport a vehicle again, Amanda Ballard and State By State will be the easy, safe, and obvious choice!
