These people are CROOKS. Do not hire them to transport your vehicle.. Our vehicle was suppose to be picked up on a Tuesday for delivery on Thursday or Friday in Florida. Long story short the car was never picked up and they could not deliver the vehicle when i needed it in Florida so I cancelled with the sales person Miguel and i also cancelled with Kelly. They both confirmed that it was cancelled because the service was never provided. Now i get a credit card statement with the charge from them for the deposit. I called and spoke to Kelly who now says they had 3 drivers out to pick up my vehicle (TOTAL LIE) and that i had to fax them telling them i wanted to cancel. NOt only was she rude but she cursed at me.. Then i spoke to Miguel and he is also saying to handle it with Kelly. This Company is unreliable and they are crooks... I just disputed the charge with AMEX.
