Important: I was able to contact the company, on multiple occasions (via email and phone) and receive prompt customer service. If you get a voicemail, be patient, as they will call back.
Overall: Car moved without issue.
I would definitely use this company/service again for moving my car(s) across the country (ask for miguel).
