The service we received was awesome. I no longer hit the send button on submitting for a bid and I had a call from Teddy. He followed up with an email regarding our conversation along with the quote. After we agreed to go with State-By-State, they send us a copy of dispatch papers and a receipt for our deposit. The driver was supposed to pick up the car in California at 1pm and he was there by 10am on Friday. We did not expect the car to make it to Arizona for delivery until Saturday morning. But, the driver showed up around 8:30pm or so with the car at the proper delivery address. (The driver did contact CMScustoms.com and let them know when to expect him, and when he was about 1 1/2 hours out from delivery he contacted our friend to verify that someone would be there to accept delivery.) The driver did not want to drive the car off the trailer, thank goodness our friend did not mind! lol! Anyway, I would recommend them to anyone that needs to transport a vehicle.
