I WASN'T SURE WHAT TO EXPECT, BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH THE PROMPT COMMUNICATION. THE DRIVER AS WELL AS THE DISPATCHER WAS AVAILABLE WHEN I NEEDED AND WAS VERY FLEXIBLE IN ACCOMODATING MY REQUESTS. I SCHEDULED THE CAR TO BE PICKED UP FRIDAY AND ARRIVE TUESDAY, BUT IT CAME ON MONDAY WHICH WAS EVEN BETTER!! THE DRIVER CONTACTED ME WHEN HE WAS PICKING UP THE CAR AND DROPPING OFF AND WAS WILLING TO BE FLEXIBLE TO MY SCHEDULE, WHICH I APPRECIATED. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WAS SO RELIEVED AND THANKFUL WHEN I GOT MY CAR AND EVERYTHING WAS AS I INTENDED IT TO BE! GOOD PRICE GREAT VALUE!
