Never received refund

I was contacted by State by State and gave them my credit card and email address so I could receive the credit card authorization form and contract. I was told it would be very expensive to have the car picked up in the small town it was stored and I needed to pay someone else to deliver the car to Spokane. Within 15 minutes I was contracted by another company who was able to get the car without utilizing and third party. Within 20 minutes, and before returning the contract my card was charged and I asked for a refund.

It is now 2 months later, numerous phone calls and emails, and I have only received 25% refund. I an getting the runaround being asked to fill out forms, call back later, I need to talk to someone else. I have done everything they have asked, and now they won't answer my calls.

It seems that they never tell the truth about shipping a vehicle when things doesnt work out. Well Tyler, You put in an order, which was cancelled the same day that we found a driver, which clearly states that your refund is non-refundable. We have nothing to hide, No scam artist here. We have to get paid for something and we still gave you 25% of your initial deposit. Sorry for the inconvenience.
