Max from State-By-State Transporters was an absolute lifesaver. I had to have my vehicle picked up by a certain date and was working on a tight schedule. From the beginning, Max called and was straight to the point and honest with us. He was very friendly and made me us feel comfortable from the start. He was very personable and professional. He was able to find a driver for us in a short amount of time and he made sure that everything was taken care of. Originally we had began working with a totally different company but found out rather quickly that we were getting the run around and were not even able to contact the other company. NOT with Max and StateByState Transporters. We received a direct telephone number for Max as well as for the driver Hugo. Hugo and his partner were also very friendly. Once they put our car on the truck, they were on the way to deliver it to our destination and got there in a very timely manner. He actually delivered it from Missouri to Texas overnight and was here the very next morning. We were having a very old car transported and they even gave us a jumpstart and helped us get it into the garage. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, the professionalism and the promptness of it all.
