I absolutely love this company!! I was having difficulties with another transporter giving me a definite time for pick up. I was given any where from 1 week to 3 weeks. I contacted State by State and within minutes, had a date set up for pick up of my vehicle to drop off in Illinois. I was kept informed every step of the way. My vehicle arrived 3 days later, as specified, in perfect condition. It's very unusual to find a company so dedicated to their customers these days, but, State by State, far surpassed my expectations. Before shipment of my vehicle, I called one of the numbers I had, not knowing it belonged to one of the owners. I was amazed at the patience and concern he had to calm any of my uncertainties regarding my vehicle. He actually spoke with me for a good half hour or more, answering all my questions, making sure I was comfortable with the transaction and State by State. I am so grateful to them, not only for their expertise but the professional way in which they handled the transaction.

The fee for transporting my vehicle was $650.00, which was less than other companies I had spoken with. I know when transporting something as important as your vehicle, you have to have a caring and competent company to put your mind at ease. They are most definitely that company!!
