I was told by many other companies that this would be a very difficult route and that my vehicle may take a long time to get picked up. Upon talking to David @ State 2 State, he made it clear to me that although that route can be difficult, he has drivers ready to pick up my vehicle. My car was picked up quickly and the driver was very accomodating with my busy schedule. I live in a gated community and he met me at a large near by parking lot. The driver put me at ease by doing a full inspection of the car and giving me his personal cell number so that I can keep in contact with him. When they got to Washington , they called me and made arrangements to meet. The car was damage free although it needed a wash and it was actually one day earlier than they had told me. That was great, it saved me money on my rental. I would definitely recommend using these guys, they where fast, courteous, and kept me informed with updates via email. Thanks guys for making such a stressful event go so smoothly. I wish all companies where as easy as this to deal with.
