I was in a bind. I sold a car to some in TN and I had initially used another transport broker. They made every promise that you can think of, but when it came done to getting it done, they made every excuse you can think of and did not pick up the vehicle.
The buyer was furious because he left it up to me to make the arrangements. I was almost going to lose the sale of the car. David was great, he didn't over promise, he told me he was going to make a lot of calls to all the carriers that where currently in my area. Within 3 hours, David called with a solution. The car was picked up with 24 hours and David and the other dispatchers kept in close contact with my buyer.
David and the team saved my deal and the car was delivered 1 day early. I am super happy with the service I received, and I will be using State 2 State in the future.
