This customer set up the order with us to move his vehicle and signed our contract as well to confirm his pick up. We called him to inform him the confirmed driver and pick up information and he told us to cancel the order since he had someone else move his car. This customer never called us to cancel the order in advance and according to the signed contracts, the deposit is Non-refundable when the driver is confirmed for pick up of the vehicle. If you look at our reviews, we do not charge the customer, until the driver is confirmed and this customer never cancelled with us in advance until we called to provide all the information on his transport.
