we have used state to state for 4 different pickup and deliveries and have always been able to have contact with them re the shipment of our vehicles. delayed 10 days one time and had to pay more fot that but we had changed the delivery time by 3 months. all the other times have been outstanding and we will definitely use them again.this year in Nov 2011 and in the spring of 2012 again.

the driver in spokane even washed our car when he was delayed.
