We never guarantee pick up dates or delivery dates for any customers, since we know that drivers may be delayed on the road for many reasons. We are always in contact with all our customers on vehicle status and questions and return all calls to any customer that has left a message. In regards to the referrals, those 3 people had booked with a different salesperson and never advised us that they were being reffered to us by this customer. The customer only advised us after the orders were set up, that he had reffered them to us. For the refferal program, the person needs to advise us at time of booking order to apply the refferal fee to the customer.
