Lateness of pickup not State 2 State's Fault

I want to explain that pickup ran late not due to anyone's fault other than Mother Nature. The drivers encountered freak winter storms their entire trip, but everyone kept me up to date on developments and changes to the schedule. Fortunately we were flexible, and the vehicle was delivered right on time, so really I have no complaints. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I would definitely use State 2 State again. They also offered a military discount that was greatly appreciated!
