Dealing with many such persons involved in transporting their high cost collectors cars, I would recommend state 2 state without any hesitation.
Actual case in point, was Mr. Pier's knowledge of the demands placed upon him, and then acting in a totally professional manner with the client's needs.
Everything that Mr. Pier stated his company could do was done to the fine point.
