It would be nice if whoever wrote this could say who it is, so we could respond properly to the complaint. We do not keep people's money unless the customer has cancelled their order and its within our terms of our contract. We always refund deposits if the order was cancelled 7 business days prior to your estimated pick up dates or if the services were not privided according to our contracts. If you cancelled and you were scheduled to be picked up, the deposit is non refundable according to our contracts.
