This customer booked his order to ship his vehicle on 12/24 Christmas Eve, so with the holidays and the bad weather, drivers were trying to get full loads put together, but were having a hard time doing so. There are always drivers waiting at certain locations to get their loads complete, so we are not lying when we advise a customer that a driver is in the area looking to do a certain route. Unfortunately, with the holidays and the bad weather in the northern areas, the drivers were not able to complete a full load fast enough to get this customers vehicle shipped. We worked on his order as best as we could with the drivers trying to fill up their loads on their trucks. We never charged the customer any deposit or money to work on his order. We worked on it for 2 weeks for free until the customer cancelled the order with us. We apologize for the inconvenience, But we also have to depend on these independent drivers to transport any car.
